So, I have not written for a long time......... many reasons. We have moved into the house, remodeled the kitchen, mowed the yard all summer long, had a few parties and so on. I really like living close to work. Jose seems to like living close also. My life is fairly simple here. I don't go down town as much as in the past. I have lots of ideas for expansion on the house, but not sure that any of it will happen anytime soon. Business is down for now, so I really only care about making sure that I can maintain the mortgage payment. My finance person called earlier in the week and wants me to re-finance. This will reduce my payment a few hundred dollars, so I am going to talk to him about it tomorrow. Would be nice if it can happen and push off payments for a month or so. That will hold me for the slow winter.
